Store is clean, Staff is always friendly and they have good meat and cannot food sales throughout the year.
Easy to shop small town grocery with competitive prices and a great selection. We shopped here when going camping once and kept coming back to shop each month even though we lived in another town. Now we live nearby and use it all the time.
Moderately expensive for most things but their meat sales are unbelievable!!! Very friendly employees and a very clean, well organized store. Their parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. Very crowded and so small. But this is in a very small town, so it's understandable!
Although the employees are all friendly and welcoming, the "fresh" and frozen food selections are scary. I no longer purchase bagged salads here, they go bad within 24 hrs. Not sure if it's their refrigeration, but I can purchase the same brand, same expiry date elsewhere and it lasts 4 times longer, even from an outlet grocery! Several "fresh" fish purchases were spoiled on the SAME day purchased! One was "fresh" Alaskan Sockeye, got it home, excited to cook it up. Opened the package and gagged at the smell. The meat was slimey and fell apart. After reading the packaging to see what the expiry date was, it states, "DO NOT THAW UNTIL USE"!! SO THEY SOLD HELLA FROZEN SALMON AS FRESH!! They seem to have an abundance of "fresh" meats that are close to or at expiry dates. I don't want to imagine what they are putting in their in-house ground meats.
