I have loved this bank and the people for 15 years until recently they changed some policies going into Canada. I deliver brand new trucks all over Canada , so I go into Canada sometimes twice in a week. There new policy is I have to call and have my bank card turned on every time I go into Canada or it shuts my card off and I cant use it until I call. Its very inconvenient. I use my card quite often for luggage fee's, taxis to airport or motel, sometimes I have to purchase fuel. Im out on the road now, but when I get home I may have to change banks that will allow me to do business in Canada without calling the bank every time.
This is a good place to bank. Service is wonderful.
